Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned if they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable (e.g., gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items).

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Late or Missing Refunds:
