Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds:
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned if they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition).

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs:

Damaged or Defective Items:
